	Moe A Shihadeh, P.E. President and Chief Engineer Earth Engineering, Inc. Moe A. Shihadeh obtained a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1985 and 1987. Mr. Shihadeh's thesis in graduate school involved a 35-pile load test analysis project on the Mississippi River entitled,	"Axially Loaded Piles in Mississippi Lock and Dam #26". He evaluated axial capacity of piles using eight different methods and recommended a technique to use. The project was under the direction of Dr. Jean Louis Briaud, currently the head of the Civil Engineering - Geotechnical Section at Texas A&M University. The Army Corps of Engineers utilized his findings to complete the ect. Since 1987, Mr. Shihadeh has obtained extensive experience in the Houston-Gulf Coast area and throughout Texas during his associations with large and medium-sized engineering companies. Currently, Mr. Shihadeh is pursuing a Ph.D. at the University of Houston. back
